Balance Sheet Loans
Hunt offers propriety fixed- and floating-rate financing for multifamily and commercial properties. Our balance sheet products include bridge loans for transitional properties, fixed rate non-CMBS loans for stabilized assets, and mezzanine loans for multifamily properties through a partnership with Fannie Mae.
